During these times Global economies are recovering from the aftermath of Covid-19 and the Governments are taking fiscal measures to ignite capex cycle amongst other measures.
Ecommerce or the Digital economy has become more relevant as volumes have increased manyfold. For the International-tax fraternity in India and overseas, there is a lot to be concerned about,
e.g. continuation of reforms in the international-tax laws in terms of interactions between the recent Pillar Two Global Minimum Tax Rules from OECD and Tax Treaties; unilateral Digital Service Tax (“DST”) regimes implemented by countries;
implementation issues Post MLI; position of the International-tax community and Governments on tax concessions/relaxations to alleviate the impact of the pandemic which stretched for much of FY 2021-22.
The recent developments in the international taxation and transfer pricing arena are of great significance to the foreign investing community and domestic entities having cross-border transactions.
This conference is designed to provide participants with an in-depth discussion on emerging - cross-border taxation issues. A galaxy of eminent speakers from India and abroad will address several topical issues relating to international taxation and Transfer Pricing.
