A Vision Realized: The Establishment of IFA-India Academy

In 1988, the branch envisioned establishing an International Tax Academy, culminating in the inauguration of the IFA-India Academy in Noida. This institution provides facilities for studies and research in international taxation, offering a platform for training and research opportunities for individuals aspiring to specialize in this critical field.
Bringing Tax Experts Together: IFA India’s Conferences & Workshops

The India Branch regularly organizes conferences, seminars, workshops, and study circles to deliberate on international taxation issues. Notably, it hosted the global IFA Congress in Mumbai in October 2014, attracting approximately 1,600 delegates from over 100 countries
IFA India’s Commitment to Cross-Border Tax Discussions

The branch actively engages in joint conferences and workshops with other IFA branches. For instance, it co-hosted the IFA India–UK Joint International Tax Conference on 17th & 18th September 2024 in New Delhi, focusing on emerging international tax issues.
